To provide our clients with the most effective treatment and superior service, we kindly ask that you adhere to the following center policies:
Visit Cancellation Policy:
All clients are required to pay a $75 deposit at the time of booking the first appointment and $50 for follow up appointments, the deposit will be credited to the services rendered or refunded if no services are provided, in the event of a no show or cancellation less than 48 hours the deposit will NOT be refunded. Groupon clients are required to pay $50 deposit at time of booking appointment, the deposit will be fully credited if the client showed up to appointment. In the event of a no show or cancellation less than 48 hours the deposit will NOT be refunded.
Refund-Services:
At Advanced Skin & Vein Care Centers we work with each client to discuss treatment objectives and review likely outcomes, benefits and risks associated with each treatment. We offer individual treatment as well as significantly discounted treatment package options so each client may choose the approach that is best suited for their needs and budget. Once services are purchased, they will not be refunded, however, to ensure our clients always receive the greatest experience at Advanced Skin & Vein Care Centers unused service values (cash equivalent for the remaining amount of a treatment package) can be applied to any other service at Advanced Skin & Vein Care Centers. For Skin Care Products, all sales are final, however, should you have a skin reaction to one of the products, it can be returned for a full refund within 7 days of purchase. All injectable treatment sales (such as, but not limited to Botox, Dysport, dermal fillers, laser treatments, facials, lash services, or chemical peels) are final; refunds or credits cannot be offered once treatment is completed. We will be honest in all our dealings with you. Aesthetics is not an exact science and how you may respond to a given treatment will vary from person to person. It is virtually impossible to predict results and therefore payments made for services are for treatments to be performed -- not for a specific result. However, we always strive to achieve the absolute best result that we can for you. All discounted paid services are final and not subject to any refund; however, it can be applied toward other services at Advanced Skin & Vein Care Centers. Groupon clients are excluded from this refund policy and subject to Groupon policies.
Contact Policy:
I understand that the only official means of communication with my physician is during the actual office visit. After normal business hours, Advanced Skin & Vein Care Centers will have a physician on call for emergency calls only via local Emergency Departments. Because my physician is busy caring for patients either in the hospital or in the office for the entire day, any other phone calls may be returned after normal business hours, at the sole discretion of the treating physician.

Appointments:
We ask that first time clients please arrive 15 minutes before their scheduled appointment to complete all necessary paperwork and evaluations.
Late Arrivals:
Late arrivals may result in a cancellation or partial treatment if adequate time to complete your service is not available.
Personal belongings:
Personal belongings are the full responsibility of the spa guest and should be kept in your possession at all times. Advanced Skin & Vein Care Centers is not responsible for lost or damaged items.
Children:
To ensure the safety of your children and the comfort of other guests, Advanced Skin & Vein Care Centers request you make childcare arrangements for children under the age of 16. Children that are too young to wear protective glasses are not allowed in treatment room while a client is receiving treatment.
Shaving:
For the most effective and comfortable treatment, we request all Laser Hair Removal clients shave treatment areas before each session. If other arrangements cannot be made, we offer shaving services for a $25 fee. Please inform receptionist of this request when scheduling appointment.
Other Policies:
• Pricing is subject to change without notice. Call for most current pricing and specials.
• Advanced Skin & Vein Care Centers accepts all major credit cards, cash, personal checks and Care Credit Financing as payment methods. Certain services like Neurotoxins, Injectables...may not be subject to Care Credit use.
• We offer state of the art services in a professional atmosphere. Inappropriate language or actions will result in termination of your session. We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone
